达·芬奇是最伟大的艺术家之一，达·芬奇的遗产也包括他曾经创作的许多众所周知的作品。达·芬奇不仅在绘画方面才能出众，他同时还是一名成功的建筑师和工程师。他的一些军事武器等的草图，在500余年后的今天仍在被后人所学习借鉴。

If any of these is off, our wheels won't really roll correctly and then we have this big wobbling giant thing rolling down the street. That's it. The floor's done. Now I'm just gonna make them guys, um, give me some wheels.
- Alan!

- Hey, what's up, dude?

- You've got some wheels for me?

- Yeah, I think I wanna go with all wood, but with the steel hub. (All right!) Is that cool?

- Give me the plans. We are now about to make the four wheels. We are furniturely making a four-ply tire. Each one of these is one inch. We are gonna make the wheels four inches thick. So therefore we are gonna have to cut four of these and then we are going to glue each one.

-We're building the wheels the same way Da Vinci could have done them. We use a nail to a string to draw out a circle and then we cut it with a saw. Now Da Vinci didn't have a jigsaw like what we've got. But if he had one, he would've used it. One Da Vinci radio down. You glue these things together. Nothing's gonna tear them apart, not with that wood glue. Last piece of the pie! Oh, yeah. Ta ta, a wheel!

- Ready? Up!

- Oh, man! You're all right?

- Oh! This is a 3-by-3 solid chunk of American-made metal.

- You're turning a little red there, man.

- I wanna weigh this. I would bet you 300 or 400 pounds. It's gonna be cut in about 3.5- to 4-inch pieces, whereas we need about 8 or 12 of these things. These are basically what's gonna hold the bearings for our wheel hubs. So make 12 for now.

- Done. From my perspective of the designs, it's all funny work. Once that's done, I have to go down to the shop and really find out where I can assist best.

-Do another measure? Over here? Got another one? (Do one right there.) I can operate these machines. I'm doing just as good as workers, the other team members who are using the same machines. But at the same time definitely, I think, in some instances, they cannot see me operating a machine, they kind of step back and wonder if I'm gonna operate it well.
