电子商务扩张 未来竞争激烈
Now it's reported that China's largest e-commerce company Alibaba plans to be listed in the Hong Kong market later this year.
China's e-commerce sector is expecting further growth this year with fierce competition among businesses online.
In the first quarter, the sector's sales volume has already amounted to 2.4 trillion yuan, a 45 percent increase year on year.
The country's e-commerce market is currently dominated by Alibaba and its retail arm - Taobao Mall.
Other small players include Tencent, 360buy, Amazon.com and Dangdang, which all-together account for less than a quarter of the market share.
Now to get a deeper understanding into China's e-commerce sector, I'm now joined live on the line by our Financial Commentator, Cao Can.
