And you will really get the sense as well the Taliban has been told to shut up after yesterday rather loudly proclaiming themselves, raising a flag which upset the Afghan authorities. The problem here is that the Afghan authorities in Kabul feel sidelined and until they've been pacified, until their wings has been smoothed over; I don't think realistically the Americans can actually get together with the Taliban. Otherwise, the American's wrist looks frankly a little bit desperate.
