Good afternoon, I'm Melissa Long here at the cnn Center in Atlanta on this Monday, November 19th. Here is a look at some of the stories that are happening NOW IN THE NEWS.

The Thanksgiving travel season has gone off to a less-than-stellar start. Bad weather is causing airport delays across the country including Atlanta, New York City and San Francisco. And then in Texas, problems with communications grounded incoming and outcoming flights at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. In an E-mail, a spokesperson at the airport said problems have been resolved at its east and westside towers. And he said residual 30 to 60-minute delays are likely.

Rescuers are struggling to reach remote areas of Bangladesh devastated by the worst cyclone to hit in decades. The death toll from Thursday's storm now tops 3,100 people and is expected to rise. Hundreds of thousands of villagers were left hungry, homeless, at risk of disease.

In Italy, a source in the Prosecutor's Office says a fourth suspect has been identified in a murder case. The victim was a student from Britain and her American roommate is one of the suspects. The source tells cnn that drug use played a part in the crime.

A bus filled with tourists crashed early this morning in South Carolina, killing the bus driver. Police say 31 passengers were hurt when the bus ran off Interstate 26 and ploughed into trees near Ridgeville. A bus employee company tells cnn the group on board the bus was on their way to Miami to take a Thanksgiving cruise. Police say it is too early to determine what caused that crash but they say it was raining at the time.

Former heavyweight champ Mike Tyson was sentenced this morning on drug and DUI charges. Tyson will spend 24 hours in jail and will be under probation for 3 years. Tyson entered the guilty plea in September to a felony count of cocaine possession and a misdemeanor DUI count. The charges come from a traffic stop in Scottsdale, Arizona last December.
