美国佛罗里达州人，从小在母亲的支持下，5岁开始唱歌，14岁就开始写歌；初中高中时期，积极参加合唱团，和不断的写歌作词等。在写歌作词的音乐之路上，他虽然一直默默无闻，但却从不放弃自己的写作才能，终于他写作的歌曲被华纳兄弟看中，之后为一些有名歌手写歌，打响了自己的知名度。
有意思的是：Atozzio这名字：在圣经中，代表great-king(伟大之主）；Atozzio自己表示：只想用音乐让大家得到精神的救赎。而这句话，如今果然验证；Atozzio的音乐风格，被大家喜爱。而他自己亦参与演唱。
