Fox News:美国加州提高最低工资通过立法程序

Two union sponsored ballot initiatives were going to ask voters in November to increase minimum wage, but lawmakers and the governor said there's no need for that now, they reached a deal over the weekend to do it through the legislative process instead.

The wage will go up to $15 on a slower timeline than the ballot initiatives would've done. It won't hit $15 an hour until 2022.
