After talks in Stuttgart, Germany, Defense Secretary Ash Carter saying the U.S. and its allies have agreed to do more to combat ISIS:“This fight is far from over.”
Carter paying tribute to a Navy SEAL killed in Iraq Tuesday:
saying Petty Officer 1st Class Charles Keating died in a firefight while assisting local forces:
“Tragically, losses will occur but this is necessary in order to protect our country.”
Carter saying these risks will continue.
