娱乐英语新闻:"The Piano in a Factory" to hit screen July

BEIJING, July 5 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese drama film "The Piano in a Factory" ("Gang De Qin"), a winner of numerous international awards, will release on July 15.

Starring Wang Qianyuan and Qin Hailu, the film tells the story of an out-of-work father who tries to make a piano for his young daughter in an effort to win custody over her from his ex-wife.

Director Zhang Meng uses black humor to tell the story of the father's pursuit. The film is Zhang's second feature.

Wang Qianyuan, who plays the father, was named best actor at the 2010 Tokyo International Film Festival.

The film won the World Competition at this year's Miami International Film Festival.
