娱乐英语新闻:Former Miss USA's two families found dead in Mexico

BEIJING, Sept. 25 (Xinhuanet) -- Former Miss USA Ali Landry's two family members were found dead in Mexico after a kidnapping recently.

Landry's husband, director Alejandro Monteverde, claimed that the victims Jose Manuel Gomez Fernandez and Juan Manuel Gomez Monteverde are his father and brother.

They were both found dead with critical head wounds, in Veracruz, Mexico, after being kidnapped and held hostage for 16 days, despite the fact that a ransom had reportedly been paid for their release.

By now not much is known about the reason behind the attacks.
