BEIJING, July 26 (Xinhua) -- China's chief justice on Friday vowed to severely punish those who commit crimes that harm the military's ability to prepare itself for combat.
Zhou Qiang, president of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), visited the military court of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) on Friday, calling on the court to fully exert its role.
