国内英语新闻:Xi's special envoy to attend 7th World Government Summit

BEIJING, Jan. 31 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Wang Zhigang will attend the 7th World Government Summit to be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Feb. 10, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang said Thursday.
Wang, also minister of science and technology, is attending the summit at the invitation of the UAE government.
