国内英语新闻: Political advisors shoot short videos to celebrate CPPCC's founding anniversary

BEIJING, Sept. 17 (Xinhua) -- More than 2,100 Chinese political advisors have produced short videos to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
The CPPCC National Committee launched a campaign to solicit songs and short videos on the theme of "Our CPPCC and I" for the anniversary celebrations.
During a forum on the campaign held Tuesday, representatives of contributors of relevant works talked about the production process of their works and expressed their best wishes for the political advisory body's founding anniversary as well as the upcoming 70th founding anniversary of the People's Republic of China.
Xia Baolong, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, attended the forum.
According to the forum, the campaign also received about 1,400 songs and lyrics on the theme.
