CAI Zaragoza won a dramatic game 95-88 in Fuenlabrada. The game needed two periods of overtime to decide a winner and the visitors claimed the win despite a titanic display of 22 points and 18 rebounds from Fuenlabrada forward Gustavo Ayon.

Gescrap Bilbao took a much needed win as they defeated 85-74. Marco Banic netted 17 points as Bilbao move notched their fifth win in 10 games to keep in with a chance of reaching the Copa del Rey.

Andy Panko scored 28 points as Lagun Aro sprung a surprise with a 93-70 win away to FIATC Joventut and give his side a much-needed third victory of the season.

Lagun Aro are now level on three wins with Blosens Monbus, who were well-beaten by fellow strugglers Gran Canaria. Spencer Nelson and Javier Beiran took Gran Canaria to victory with 39 points between them

Meanwhile Blancos Rueda Valladolid remain rock bottom after losing 87-73 away to Cajasol. The side from Seville increased their chances of making the Copa del Rey thanks in part to 23 points and 11 rebounds from Paul Davis, while Milenko Tepic also netted 20 points for Cajasol.

Caja Laboral also enjoyed a good Sunday's work as Dusko Ivanovic's men won 75-67 away to UCAM Murcia, who have now lost their last two home games. Point guard Pablo Prigioni was the main man for the side from Victoria as he controlled the play and scored an impressive 27 points.
