体坛英语新闻:Jamaica breaks men's 4x100m relay world record for gold medal

LONDON, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) -- Jamaica set a new world record of 36.84 seconds to win the gold medal in the men's 4x100m relay Saturday at the London Olympic Games.
Jamaica broke their old record of 37.04, which they set in 2011, to defend the title they won for the first time at Beijing.
The United States took the silver medals with a time of 37.04, while Trinidad & Tobago pocketing the bronze by 38.12.
