BUENOS AIRES, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- The President of the Argentinean Football Association (AFA), Julio Grondona, Tuesday announced he will leave the post in 2015, which he has occupied since 1979.
"I have to finish my term by 2015. The experience is telling me that every thing has a beginning and an end," said Grondona, 81.
In a statements made to local radio station "Radio 10" , Grondona said "there are lots of young people who can replace me when I go."
"AFA has enough resources to uphold until 2022," he stressed.
