体坛英语新闻:Thunder beat Clippers 108-104
LOS ANGELES. March 3 (Xinhua) -- With both teams called for total 48 fouls, the Oklahoma City Thunders held off Los Angeles Clippers 108-104 in a physical game at Staples on Sunday night, which made Clippers get swept in regular season by Oklahoma City.
The thunder came out a little more aggressive early, while the Clippers' Blake Griffin and Lamar Odom got in foul trouble too early, putting them back. The Clippers' 21 turnovers also hurt them bad, letting the Thunder win 24 points.
"I think we were out rhythm, out sync," Clippers' head coach Vinny Del Negro said, "for whatever reason, we just kept turning it over and we didn't make the easy play. We just couldn't get any type of rhythm with anybody, really. "
Thunder's head coach Scott Brooks said: "There's no question, it was a physical game. Both teams completed at a high level of intensity; it was a playoff atmosphere."
Kevin Durant scored the highest 35 points, Russell Westbrook finished with 29 points and 10 assists, Serge Ibaka added 16 points for the Thunder.
The Clippers' Chris Paul had 26 points, Blake Griffin and Jamal Crawford added 20 points separately.
