BERLIN, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- Dortmund crushed 10-men Freiburg in a one-sided affair, Schalke gave away a 3-1 lead to share points with Hoffenheim, and Thomas Mueller secured Bayern's win against Wolfsburg, at the seventh round of Bundesliga on Saturday.

Dortmund celebrated a goal festival on home soil, as 10-men Freiburg were unequal to put up some resistance. The "BVB" controlled the proceedings on the pitch from kickoff but yet they had to wait until the 35th minute to break the deadlock through Marco Reus poachers' goal.

Freiburg's Fallou Diagne weakened his side as he brought down Robert Lewandowski with a professional foul to cause a penalty and a straight red card. Reus converted the awarded penalty to seal his brace before the break.

Passive Freiburg were incapable to free themselves as Robert Lewandowski scored twice at the second half to give the hosts an uncatchable 4-0 lead. The hosts had not enough as Jakub Blaszczykowski wrapped things up with the fifth goal of the match at the 79th minute.

Winless Freiburg sit in the Bundesliga basement whereas Dortmund defend first position due to their goal difference.

Schalke and Hoffenheim staged a seesaw match, in which the "Royal Blues" squandered their 3-1 lead.

Elsewhere, Leverkusen are on Dortmund's and Bayern's tails as they downed Hannover 2-0.

Berlin turned the tides on home soil when they left Mainz empty-handed following a 3-1 triumph and Hamburg snatched on point in Frankfurt due Marcell Jansen?s late leveller.

Already on Friday, Augsburg and Monchengladbach earned a share of spoils after a two-all draw.

The following fixtures are scheduled for Sunday: Bremen host Nuremberg and newly promoted Braunschweig face Stuttgart.
