MADRID, May 16 (Xinhua) -- Malaga coach Bernd Schuster confirmed on Thursday that he will not continue with the club next season.

Sources linked to Malaga on Tuesday leaked that Schuster would not be continuing at the club despite being just one year into a five year contract.

That contract left the option for the deal to be rescinded at the end of the current campaign if Malaga failed to finish in the top 10 of Spain's BBVA Primera Liga and with one game to play they are in 13th position.
