体坛英语新闻：Barca boss says work still to be done against Arsenal

MADRID, March 15 (Xinhua) -- FC Barcelona coach Luis Enrique doesn't want his players to think the job is done ahead of their Champions League return leg at home to Arsenal on Wednesday night.

Barca are clear favorites to progress following a 2-0 win in London three weeks ago, but against a side which has attacking talent such as former Barca striker, Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil, Danny Welbeck and Olivier Giroud, speaking the press on Tuesday, the Barca coach said the tie was "open,"

"It's true the result from the first leg does condition things, but our play won't change at all. We always go out to win," he said.

Should they progress on Wednesday it would mark 10 consecutive years of the Catalans reaching the last 8 in the Champions League.

"I think that is fantastic, but tomorrow is still up in the air and I don't want to bring bad luck," he said.

He warned Arsenal "don't need to create much to have depth and they are strong in the air without Giroud and Welbeck. They have the capacity to get back into this tie both because of their strength as a club and a team."

Luis Enrique also commented on the danger posed by former Barca striker, Alexis Sanchez. "It could be an added incentive for him to play in the Camp Nou again. He is a quality player, he looks to attack space and he is difficult to stop," he admitted.

Barca's task will be slightly tougher without the suspended Gerard Pique, but Luis Enrique said he had enough cover. "All of the central defenders we have are good on the ball and fast," he said.
