BANGKOK, April 27 (Xinhua) -- The government's Center for the Resolution of Emergency Situation (CRES) Tuesday will have concrete orders for security personnel to deal with the "red- shirts" who block roads, Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban said Tuesday.

The "red-shirts" Monday blocked roads in central Pathum Thani, Saraburi, Ayutthaya Chachoengsao and northern Phitsanulok province to prevent police and troops from going to reinforce personnel in Bangkok.
