国际英语新闻:Death toll in Thai clashes rises to 35
BANGKOK, May 16 (Xinhua) -- The Center for Resolution of Emergency Situation (CRES) on Sunday declared some 106 banking accounts have been frozen in a latest move to cut a financial support for the anti-government protestors.
The CRES announcement was made during a television program by secretary-general of the National Security Council (NSC) Thawil Pliensri.
Those, whose banking accounts have been frozen, include anti- government core leaders and former Thai Rak Thai Party's executives, he said, adding that these frozen banking accounts include 13 firms.

Also, the NSC secretary-general has also urged the protestors to leave the Rajprasong rally site in central Bangkok immediately.
In a related development, the CRES announced the cabinet resolved to make Monday and Tuesday special holidays for capital Bangkok.
The special holodays are aimed to help facilitate the government 's attempts to ease the political tension due to the ongoing anti-government rally.
The CRES is established to deal with emergency due to the ongoing anti-government rally in central Bangkok.
