国际英语新闻:Morocco, Indonesia to promote legislative ties, cooperation
RABAT, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) -- Morocco and Indonesia agreed to seek ways to promote legislative ties and broaden their cooperation, an official statement said Friday.
According to the statement of Moroccan parliament, Speaker of the Moroccan House of Representatives Habib El Malki on Thursday met with visiting Vice-Speaker of the Lower House of the Indonesian Parliament Agus Hermanto.
The two sides pledged to gather their efforts to develop parliamentary cooperation, as well as economic, trade and investment cooperation.
Rabat and Jakarta share the same vision on the issue of South-South cooperation, El Malki said in the statement.
Hermanto urged for strengthening cooperation in the economic and tourism fields.
