欧美文化:Laos, development partner discuss sustainable agriculture

VIENTIANE, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) -- Experts from Laos and members of the Asian Food and Agriculture Cooperation Initiative (AFACI) attended a workshop to discuss sustainable agriculture.

The workshop began in the Lao capital Vientiane on Aug. 5, which is an important platform for Lao experts to share their experiences with other AFACI counterparts, according to the Lao Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on Wednesday.

AFACI is an inter-governmental and multilateral cooperation body that aims to improve food production and promote sustainable agriculture in Asian countries through knowledge and technology transfer and sharing.
