Vice President Dick Cheney is in the middle of a growing dispute between congressional democrats and the CIA. The New York Times is reporting that the CIA did not inform congress of the secret counter terrorism programs for 8 years because Cheney ordered them not to. Angry democratic leaders have already been calling for a congressional investigation.
