设计大师与明星们齐聚大都会博物馆

本届MET Ball由《Vogue》杂志的主编Anna Wintour、脱口秀女王奥普拉·温弗瑞以及设计师Patrick Robinson主办，可谓云集了众多的好莱坞明星，女性们也很乐于在这个美丽的春天展示自我的优雅和魅力。本次盛会的主题是美国女性：塑造国民形象。

This year's Costume Institute Gala benefit celebrated the opening of the "American Women: Fashioning a National Identity" exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. The annual event was co-hosted by Oprah Winfrey and pulled in all the biggest names in Tinstletown dressed to the nines in glitz and glam gowns.

Deemed New York's biggest celebrity event of the year, with a never ending guest list including Sarah Jessica Parker, Anne Hathaway, Nicole Richie, Emma Watson, Zoe Saldana and Taylor Swift, the stars mixed and mingled and talked fashion to finals and everything in between.

Zoe Saldana: He's so talented and he's done so much for the line, for Calvin Klein and I like how he's a very minimal detailed person and that has been incorporated into his designs so you feel like a real woman but it doesn't overpower you, and that's what I like about Calvin!

Taylor Swift: It's been wonderful! I have a lot of moments throughout the day, everyday, where I just look around and I'm like "Really, this actually happened?" And it's just wonderful to be included in a night like this and to be invited and there are all kinds of beautiful people walking around that I'm excited to see what they're wearing!

Katy Perry: I really just wanted to be myself because they're talking about women in American history and I feel like I really have to represent those girls that just go for it and do their own thing and have their own bit of spontaneity and self confidence. I think sometimes in fashion it can get a little bit stuffy so I wanted to lighten up!

Oprah Winfrey: This is it! This is my hair down and partying. I wore it curly because I was here today with straight hair and by the time I got home it was all wilted so I thought it had to be curly tonight.

Emma Watson: I have just had one of my exams. It went pretty well which is good! Two left to go...I'm pretty lucky I get the best of both worlds and that's why I'm so blessed!
