台湾没有安全证明的产品全部下架

Taiwan authorities are widening the search for contaminated food products. The Island's health department has requested quality and safety certificates to be provided for all food and beverages containing emulsifiers before Tuesday. Products without supporting documents will be pulled off shelves.
台湾当局正加大力度寻找受污染的食物产品。台湾卫生部已经要求厂商在周二前提供所有食品和饮料中所含乳化剂的质量和安全证明。没有证明文件的产品将被下架。

Wen-ta Chiu, Head of Taiwan Health Department said "We've reached consensus with health departments at all levels. We will soon start a comprehensive examination and inspection. We hope that by doing so, we can reinstall the confidence in people."
台湾卫生部部长邱文达说“我们已经跟各级卫生部达成共识。很快我们将进行全面的监督检查。我们希望通过这样做，可以重新树立起人们的信心。”

Producers and dealers involved are complaining that obtaining quality certificates could take at least 7 days. But local health authorities say there can be no excuse. Taiwan has been rocked by the scare, since industrial plastic were found in sports drinks.
涉及的厂商和经销商都抱怨要获得质量证明至少要7天。但是卫生当局称这毫无借口。自从在运动饮料中发现了工业可塑剂，台湾已经遭受了恐慌。

Investigators traced the chemical to an emulsifier produced by Yu Sheng Chemical, an additive company in Taiwan. It substituted palm oil with the plastic DEHP, which is known to cause cancer. Millions of bottled drinks and tons of juice powder have already been pulled from the shelves.
调查人员查出这种化学物是台湾一家添加剂公司——昱伸化工公司生产的一种乳化剂。它用塑料DEHP代替棕榈油，会导致癌症。成千上万的瓶装饮料和大量的果汁粉已经被下架了。
