奥巴马在政治重心北卡罗来纳州推行就业计划

U.S. President Barack Obama promoted job creation in politically crucial North Carolina on Monday, as he prepares for the 2012 re-election campaign.
美国总统奥巴马周一在政治重心北卡罗莱纳州发起提供就业机会计划，为他2012年总统重选活动“铺路”。

Speaking at a lighting plant in Durham, Obama called for training 10,000 engineers every year, as a means to boost long-term economic growth. Obama said private companies will join the government, as well as offer incentives to students to finish their degrees and help universities pay for their engineering programs.
奥巴马在Durham一家生产节能照明的企业发表讲话，要求每年培训1万名工程师，作为促进长期经济增长的一种方法。奥巴马称私有企业将跟结合政府，为学生完成学业提供助学金和为大学里的工程项目提供资金。

Obama said, "We should be able to agree on investing in the research and technology that leads to new ideas and new industries. We should be able to agree on developing clean energy and manufacturing jobs that come with it. It makes sense for us to rebuild our infrastructure and all the jobs that it can create. That's what's going to be required to grow our economy. That's what it takes to help our people prosper."
