Hopefully, you'll never have to be saved by a rescue robot, but here's one you might enjoy having around. It's a home-service robot that may someday help you with everyday chores.
你一定永远不希望自己必须被一个救援机器人救起，但是你可能会喜欢身边有一个这样的机器人。它是一个家用服务机器人，将来有一天它可能可以帮你做每天的家务活。

Home-service robot "Kejia" has attracted a lot of attention recently. It's the first robot in China that can select goods from the supermarket on its own.
家用服务机器人“Kejia”最近吸引了诸多关注。它是中国第一个可以独立从超市里挑选商品的机器人。

Home-service robots can do things that ordinary industry robots cannot. They can identify objects around them and distinguish people.
家用服务机器人可以做那些普通工业机器人不能做的事。它们可以辨别身边的物体，识别人。

Kejia said, "Here are the chips. You say the chips are here. I remember it."
Kejia称：“这是炸薯条。你说炸薯条是在这里。我记得。”

Although the brain of Kejia is small. Don't look down on it. It has five eyes. Normally after a while of searching, Kejia could find whatever its host wants from the supermarket. However, sometimes Kejia may be confused when the items are in front of it but it is not familiar enough with the environment.
尽管Kejia的脑部很小。但是不要小看它。它有五只眼睛。通常，在搜寻一会儿之后，Kejia可以从超市找出它的主人想要的任何东西。然而，当商品就在它面前但是它对周围的环境又不够熟悉的时候，Kejia可能会搞混了。

Professor Chen Xiaoping from the University of Science and Technology of China, said because the robot research is now still in an early phase, it was not surprised that Kejia was confused sometimes. But he hopes that the home-service robots can do their jobs in the near future.
中国科技大学的Chen Xiaoping教授表示，因为机器人研究现在仍处于早期阶段，Kejia有时是会搞混了，这并不奇怪。但是他希望家用服务机器人在不久的将来可以履行它们的使命。
