Vienna, Sep 23 (IANS) The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Thursday unanimously agreed to an action plan to help strengthen global nuclear security in the wake of the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan. The action plan was drawn up by IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano and endorsed by the ongoing 55th General Conference of the UN watchdog in Vienna's UN center, Xinhua reported Friday.
