为欢度藏历新年做准备

The Tibetan New Year, also known as Losar, is the most important festival in the Tibetan calendar. Preparations kick off over a two day period called Gutor - the last two days of the outgoing year. The first day of Gutor is spent house cleaning and decorating.
藏族新年也称为Losar，是藏历里面最重要的节日。准备从为期两天的Gutor开始，Gutor是即将到来的新年的最后两天。Gutor的第一天是用来打扫房子和装扮的。

Cleaning up for a better Tibetan year - Yixidajie, a 70 year old farmer, has been living in this small village with his family for 70 years.
为一个更好的藏历年而清扫——70岁的老农民Yixidajie和他的家人在这个小乡村生活了70年。

As the Tibetan New Year is approaching, he and his family are now busy with the house cleaning and decoration.
随着藏历新年的临近，他和他的家人现在正忙着打扫房子和装扮。

Yixidajie said,“It is very important to clean the house today. We want to welcome the new year in a clean and tidy home. That can bring us good luck in the new year!”
Yixidajie表示：“今天打扫房子是很重要的。我们想在干净、整洁的家中迎接新年。那样可以在新年里给我们带来好运！”

The kitchen is the first place that must be cleaned since it is where the family’s food is prepared. Courtyard also needs to be clean and tidy. Cleaning is not easy, but everyone seems to have seeked joy out of the hard work.
厨房是第一个必须清扫的地方，因为家人的食物都是在这里准备的。院子也要干净、整洁。打扫并不容易，但是每个人似乎都能从辛苦的工作中找到乐趣。

Zhasang said, “we have a lot of work to do for the house cleaning. But still i am happy to do it since it is for the new year.”
Zhasang表示：“打扫房子的时候我们要做很多工作。但是做这个我仍然很高兴，因为这是为新年准备的。”

Besides cleaning, the finest decoration must be put on. The house is thoroughly painted new. Couplets and new curtains are purchased or sewn and put up on the doors and windows. A home decorated with religious offerings is the best place to welcome the New Year in the world.
除了打扫，还必须装饰上最好的装饰品。房子全部都被油漆一新。对联和新的帘买好或缝好，挂到门上或窗户上。一个装饰上宗教供品的房子是世界上迎接新年的最好的地方。

Yixidajie family is just one of 3 million Tibetans who are now cleaning their homes for the coming Tibetan New Year of water dragon. It marks the most significant festival and the biggest celebration of the year for the Tibetans.
Yixidajie家只是3百万现在正在为藏历水龙年而打扫房子的西藏人之一。对西藏人而言，这是一年中最重要的节日和最盛大的庆祝。

It’s still two days before the Tibetan New Year, but tonight is the most important night for Yixidajie and his family. In a few hours, they’ll gather for an annual dinner, where they’ll eat guthuk, a traditional noodle soup made from nine different ingredients. Then they’ll perform a special ceremony to drive away evil spirits, so everyone will have good luck in the New Year.
离藏历新年还有两天，但是今晚是Yixidajie和他的家人最重要的一个晚上。再过几个小时，他们将聚在一起吃年夜饭，他们会吃guthuk，一种用九种不同配料做成的传统面汤。然后他们会进行一个特别的仪式来驱鬼，那么大家在新年里就都有好运气。
