The Miami Heat were hosting Game Two on Sunday, and looking to make a statement after losing the opener against the San Antonio Spurs 72 hours earlier. Much of the speculation before tip-off centered on which adjustments Miami could make to grab a win and even up the series.

As it turned out, the answer was to give a bigger role to the supporting cast, a strategy which paid off handsomely as the defending champions cruised to a 103-84 victory.

Mario Chalmers was the go-to guy for the Heat in this contest, as he erupted for a game-high 19 points.

LeBron James continued to play facilitator, finishing with 17 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists. Game Three is Tuesday in San Antonio, with the Spurs now trying to bounce back from this blowout loss.
