Good news for the Beiing Ducks, of the Chinese Basketball Association, as their guard and former NBA All Star Stephon Mabury has decided to extend his contract, signing another 3 year deal with the club.

abury, who you can tell isn’t yet fluent in Chinese, led Beiing to a 4-1 win over Guangdong last year to become CBA champions. He moved to China from the NBA in 2010, first joining the Shanxi Zhongyu Brave Dragons, then turning to Foshan Dralions in the same year. He finally settled at Beijing a year later.

Although The Ducks failed to defend the title in 2013, Mabury was still selected as MVP with an average of 28.3 points. And earlier he told CCTV over the phone why he made the decision to sign a new deal.
