德国准备帮助新兴市场

The European economic engine stands ready to help emerging markets. That comes after recent turmoil in emerging markets sparked concerns that the turbulence might hurt Europe's export-oriented economy.

There are no signs indicating that the region is sliding into deflation, but many fret the German help might blunt the region’s Outright Monetary Transaction program. German finance minister Wolfgang Schaeuble dismisses the concerns. He says, quoting now, "When leaders of government on the one hand, and the central bank on the other, say they will do what is necessary, then financial markets need not worry."
