韩国流行组合搅动香港粉丝

South Korean pop acts thrilled fans Tuesday with electrifying performances at the Hong Kong Dome Festival 2014. The event, organized by Hong Kong's Performing Industry Association, is in its second year.

This year, top South Korean pop acts - including EXO-K, Super Junior-M and BOA - performed hit songs on a stage set up at the runway of the former Hong Kong Kai Tak Airport. An estimated 22,000 fans were in attendance and sang along with their idols. Established in 2009, the Hong Kong Performing Industry Association aims to promote Hong Kong's entertainment industry. The reason behind organizing the Dome Festival is to urge the government to build a large indoor stadium that can accommodate over 35,000 people. The largest stadium in Hong Kong can currently accommodate up to nearly 15,000.
