Last night's game is the only chance for many Chinese fans to get to see NBA stars in person. But the league is trying to devise a way that would make it easier for its supporters in the world's most populous country to see games on TV, and that includes altering the time of the matches. An idea even the commisioner of the league Adam Silver is considering.

Fans outside north America must eigher stay up late or wake up early to watch the games on TV in the past. It came as an exciting news when former NBA  Commissioner David Stern said that the league may adjust the starting time for some games in an attempt to appease fans, which was put on schedule by the new Commissioner Adam Silver.

Former Rockets star Yao Ming communicated the hopes of foreign fans to the NBA that the games could be more accessible to the international audience.Considering the huge market in China, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said he may start to select some of the Eastern Standard Time morning games to accomodate foreign viewers in the future.

" I think the player have a body clock so to speak, and they are not usually morning people, and we wanna to make sure that the competition is still the highest level. I think it will make sense to play some of our games in the east coast in the morning, so that viewers in China can watch those games in prime time," Silver said.

Under the pressure from home fans who are not willing to watch the game early in the morning, the NBA may maintain the current schedule, but the possibility of a change is certainly exciting news for the Chinese audience and it may also be profitable for the league.
