莫斯科延长西方公司的进口禁令

Russia has extended its ban on the import of many agriculture products from the European Union and the U.S. for one year. That's after the EU continued its economic sanctions again Russia over the Ukraine conflict through January.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said Wednesday that the ban, which includes produce from Australia, Canada and Norway, will boost Russia's troubled agriculture sector. Moscow's move followed the EU's announcement Monday that it will continue its sanctions that limit access to some financial markets and bans certain technologies and exchanges in the energy and defense sectors.
