中国股市再现暴跌
China stocks tumbled more than 6 percent on Thursday, their biggest one-day loss in a month. That came as investors booked profits after the market's recent rebound and await policy cues from Friday's G-20 finance ministers meeting in Shanghai.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index dropped 6.4 percent, its biggest one-day loss since January 26th, while the blue-chip CSI300 index also slumped more than six percent. China's stock markets have lost nearly half of their value since last June though mainland stocks lately have rebounded about 10 percent from 14-month lows in late January. That rebound came on the back of a global market recovery, central bank efforts to stabilize the yuan and hopes that China will unveil more stimulus.
