Steps
Hi, I'm Ben Huss. I'm a certified hypnotherapist based in Holly Street, London, and I'm going to be showing you how to unlock your potential. I'm going to show you how to stop procrastinating.

Think about something you want to do, something you want to be motivated to do. Okay, now think of a time in the past when you were motivated to do a certain action, and really get in touch with those feelings. Really feel it.

Really see it. Good, make that picture bright and clear. Get those feelings of motivation and raring to go.

Great. And amplify that feeling, and amplify it again. Great.

Now, take your middle finger and your thumb, and pinch them together whilst feeling those feelings. Good, and now relax. Clear your mind.

Now think of that time again, when you were really motivated, and bring those feelings back. Make the picture clearer. Make it brighter.

Really feel it in your whole body, that feeling of motivation; of ready to do it. Excellent. And pinch your thumb and middle finger together again.

Great. We're going to do this a couple more times. So bring those feelings back again.

Double it, double it again. That's great. When you've reached that peak, push your middle finger and thumb together.

Great. Now, you'll find whenever you put your thumb and middle finger together, you'll get those feelings coming back to you automatically. So, what I want you to do is take your thumb and middle finger, push them together and now think, allow these things to come up, and now think about that task that you want to, but can't motivate yourself to do.

Great, you should now be feeling about it very differently. And that is how to stop procrastinating.
