过节送礼Sending Presents on Festivals

InChina, when the festival comes, it means the time to visit relatives and send gifts. While sending gifts between relative is very common, but more and more people sending gifts to their bosses, especially the boss who is working in the government. The situation become more and more common, in order to send presents to the boss, some people have to be mean to themselves, so they can give enough money to carter to their boss. The media call this phenomenon corruption. Though during these years, the authority has claimed that giving gifts to boss is not allowed, but still people figure out all kinds of ways to do it, like they will give a lot of pocket money to the boss’ children. The reason why people keen on this lies in that their leaders like to receive gift, if they are happy, they will give some priority.

在中国，当节日到来的时候，这意味着是时候走访亲戚或者送礼。亲戚间送礼很正常，但是越来越多的人给他们的老板送礼，特别是在政府工作的老板。这样的情形变得越来越普遍，为了给老板送礼，一些人不得不对自己苛刻，这样他们才能有足够的钱来讨好老板。媒体把这种现象称为腐败。虽然这些年，有关机构宣布了给上司送礼是不允许的，但是仍然有很多人想尽各种方法给他们的上司送礼，比如他们会给上司的孩子大大的红包。人们热衷于给上司送礼的原因在于领导喜欢收礼，如果他们高兴了，就会给一些特权。
