This is not only in conformity with the fundamental interest of our two countries, but will also facilitate the advancement of the lofty cause of peace and development in Asia and the world at large. The strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education is one of China’s basic state policies. Scientific and technological progress is a decisive factor in economic development, and educational is the foundation of scientific and technological progress. We believe that the increasingly acute world wide economic competition for talents.‖
The fundamental task of our work in science and education is to raise the ideological and ethical standards and the scientific and cultural level of the entire nation.
