5.投诉、抱怨信
投诉、抱怨类的信件也是考试常常涉及到的内容,比如食堂的饭菜不好吃,比如给报纸杂志的主编写一封信说明情况等等。
需要注意的是:投诉信和抱怨信的基本特征是反映问题,诉说原由,目的是解决问题。
写作关键词:
