A:This seems a pretty nice room,I should say.

B:You bet.This is the nicest room in the district.You know what, I just had all the walls repainted last month.

B:It's a well furnished eat-in kitchen.The stove and the ice-box are in good order,and the plumbing is OK,too.

There are different types of renting-houses,such as furnished apatments, partly furnished apartments or unfurnished apartments.For a furnished one, it usually includes a refrigerator, a washing machine,a stove,a dinning room table ,beds,etc. You needn't buy those things when you move in.Sometimes you can even find knives,forks,plates and so on.As to the partly furnished apartment,maybe you can only find refrigerator and stove,but it is different in various places.
