W: You just don’t remember anything.
你总是健忘。

M: Sorry for losing one of your files and the computer.
不好意思，我弄丢了你的文件和电脑。

W: What? How careless you are!
什么？你太粗心了！

M: I already apologized for …. Why should you be that harsh?
