Customer:Good morning, I’d like to book a flight from Beijing to Shanghai, please.
Customer:早上好，我想订从北京到上海的飞机票。

Travel Agent:I see. When are you travelling?
Travel Agent:好的，你准备什么时候出发？

Customer:I’d like to fly next Friday.
Customer:我想下周五走。

Travel Agent:Is that a return journey or just one-way?
Travel Agent:你要订单程还是往返？

Customer:One-way, please. I’m flying back to London from Shanghai.
