W: May I take your order now, sir?

M: Yes, please. I'd like to start with a chef’s salad.

W: Chef’s salad for starter. And what would you like to have for the main course?

M: I'll have steak.

W: How would you like your steak done?

M: Medium.

W: And what would you like to go with your steak?

M: Peas and carrots.

W: Potatoes?

M: Boiled.

W: Thank you.
