W: How's your new work, Carl?
W：Carl，你的新工作怎么样？

M: A tough job. They even offer in-service training every Wednesday afternoon.
M：挺难做的，他们甚至每个周三下午都组织在职学习。

W: Good for you.

W：对你有好处啊。

M: I don't like it. I am not used to this kind of 9 to 5 work hours. Above all, I hate talking to those poker faces everyday.
M：我不喜欢，我对这种朝九晚五的工作时间很不习惯。最烦人的是，我讨厌每天和那些扑克脸说话。

W: Well, you have to take the bad with the good.
W：哦，你要往好的方面想啊。

M: I guess so. I am badly off and I need this job.
M：我想也是，我失业很久了，现在很需要这份工作。
