M: I am certain I am going to fail my English test.

M：我肯定我的英语考试不会及格。

W: Why are you so pessimistic?
W：为什么这么悲观呢？

M: Because it's impossible to improve listening level within a week.

M：因为一个星期内我的听力水平不可能提高。

W: Only for this reason?
W：仅仅因为这个原因吗？

M: Yes, I think my vocabulary and reading comprehension are not very bad.
M：是的，我想我的词汇和阅读理解还可以。

W: Don't worry about it. Practice makes perfect. I will lend you some listening materials, so that you can practise more before the exam. I believe you can pass the exam with good preparation.
W：不用担心，熟能生巧。我可以借给你一些听力材料，这样你就可以在考试前多加练习了。好好准备，我相信你会通过考试的。

M: Oh, thank you. That's very nice of you.
M：好的，谢谢你，你真好。
