4.7 Scold 责备

W: Why didn't you tell me you had a girlfriend?

W：你为什么不告诉我你有女朋友了？

M: Sorry, I thought you knew.
M：对不起，我以为你知道。

W: But you should tell me you were in love with her.
W：但你早该告诉我你和她在谈恋爱。

M: Didn't I?
M：我没告诉你吗？

W: You know you didn't.
W：你知道你没告诉我。

M: Well, I am telling you now.

M：那么，我现在就告诉你。

W: Yes, but you might have told me before.
W：是的，但你以前就应该告诉我。

M: I didn't think you would be interested.
M：我以为你不会感兴趣的。

W: You can't be serious. How dare you not tell me you are going to marry her?

W：你不是当真的吧，你怎么敢不告诉我你要跟她结婚？

M: Sorry, I didn't think it mattered.
M：抱歉，我觉得这没什么大不了的。

W: Oh, you men! You are all the same.

W：哦，你们这些男人，都一个德行！

固定搭配“be in love with…”的意思是“与…恋爱，爱上…”
