M: I've been looking forward to the new semester.
M：我盼望着新学期快点到来。

W: I hope we can make great progress in this new semester.
W：我希望在新的学期我们都能取得很大的进步。

M: Hope so.
M：希望如此。

W: I hear we’ll have a new English teacher this semester.
W：我听说我们这学期要来一位新英语老师。

M: Really? I hope we will do much better under her guidance.
M：真的？我希望我们在她的指导下能够取得更好的成绩。

W: I am sure we will.
W：我肯定我们会的。

注释：

“look forward to”的意思是“盼望，期盼”。需要注意的是，to的后面只能接名词或动名词（即动词-ing形式。）
