B:I'm Mr. Bob, Room 309. I'm checking out today. Can I have my bill now?

A:Certainly. Please wait a moment. Here is your bill.

A:可以，请稍等。这是您的账单。

B:What's the 30 yuan for?

B:这30元是什么费用?

A:This is the charge for your laundry service on Nov. 20th

A:这是您11月20号的洗衣服务费。

B:But I did't take any laundry service during my stay here. I think you have added someone else's.

B:但我在这从来没洗过衣服。可能是您把别人的账记到我这儿了。

A:Would you mind waiting a moment while we check it with the department concerned?
